Students and personnel can only select the higher education institutions which have concluded an exchange agreement with their home university within the scope of higher education student education mobility and personnel lecturing mobility. However, you have the opportunity to lead an interacademic agreement when you share your demands and connections with the personnel at your university authorized to conduct interacademic agreement.

Interacademic agreements are concluded by authorized personnel of higher education institutions to offer mobility activities for certain number of student/personnel for certain periods between the faculties/departments of higher education institutions. Students are not capable of conducting interacademic agreement; however, they may help university personnel find partner institutions for mobility activities. Agreements cannot be signed for a single beneficiary, even if s/he has contributed the conclusion of the agreement. All agreements are concluded in the name of the university and available to all students.

Academic and administrative personnel of higher education institutions may take part in this activity in order to improve themselves and share valuable experiences with their European colleagues.

(First cycle: bachelor’s; second cycle: master’s; third cycle: doctorate)
  2. First-cycle students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.20/4.00.
  3. Second- and third-cycle students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00.
  4. For learning mobility, the student must have a sufficient number of course-based or non-course-based ECTS credits.
For students without course load—such as master’s and PhD students in their thesis stage—a learning agreement can be prepared based on 30 ECTS of non-course workload for one academic term.
  5. Within the current level of study, if the student has previously taken part in higher education mobility activities during the 2014–2020 and/or 2021–2027 Erasmus+ periods, the total duration, including the new mobility, must not exceed 12 months.
