Alternative to APEX: Submit an English Certificate

If you wish to be evaluated for exemption via an external English certificate, please review the requirements and submit via:

Email submission rules (single email):

• Attach your English certificate (PDF) and passport copy (PDF)

• In the email body, state your department and program you are applying for

• Send all items together in one email
