Dear Students,

Applications are Open for the Erasmus+ Educational Mobility Program for Students for the Spring of 2021-2022!


 Who may apply?

- To take part, students are required to meet the minimum requirements below:

1. Applicants must be full-time students registered in a higher education program at any formal education level (Level One, Two, or Three).

2. a) Level One students are required to have a CGPA of at least 2.20/ 4.00. b) As for students without transcripts at application: 1- Students transferred from associate degree programs are required to have an associate degree graduation grade of at least 2.20/ 4.00, 2- Freshmen are required to have a high school graduation grade of at least 75/100. c) Level Two and Three students are required to have a CGPA of at least 2.50/ 4.00.

3. Applicants are required to have obtained the amount of ECTS credits sufficient for student mobility procedures from their courses and extracurricular activities. Students may enter into mobility contracts with an extracurricular ECTS of 30 within an academic semester if they do not have any course load; as would be the case with graduate and doctorate degree students in their thesis semester.

4. Students having previously taken part in the mobility programs within the Erasmus+ periods of 2014-2020 and/ or 2021-2027 may apply if their total participation period does not exceed 12 months, including the activity for which they are applying.

Academic success:

50% (100 points total)

Language proficiency:

For the children of martyrs and veterans:

+15 points

For students with disabilities (proof required)

For students subject to protection, care, or accommodation within the scope of Social Services Law no. 2828, and Child Protection Law no. 5395:

+10 points

Presentation of a Letter of Acceptance from the place of internship during application:

+10 points

Digital Opportunity Trust internships (DOTs) will be favored.

+5 points

Previous participation (with or without grants)

-10 points

Participation in mobility programs in their country of citizenship

-10 points

Failure to participate without the presentation of a waiver notice

-10 points


Simultaneous application to two mobility programs (deductions will be made from the points for the program preferred by such students)

-10 points

For students selected for participation: Failure to participate in meetings/ training sessions by the Higher Education Council without a just cause (to take effect in the next application by the student)

-5 points

Failure to take the language exam after having declared otherwise (to take effect in the next application by the student)

-5 points

Please note: Students have the option to opt out of these grants.



  • Applications of students who present their application forms and transcripts but do not take the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam will be invalid.
  • Applicants will lose 10 points in their next Erasmus+ Mobility Program applications if they are issued periods to present their waivers due to choosing not to participate in the Erasmus+ Program for which they are deemed eligible.
  • Students with disabilities will be granted +10 points (on the condition that they prove their disability). Moreover, participants with disabilities will receive additional grants to support their special requirements.
