How to Apply
  1. Gather the required documents (listed below).

  2. Submit the electronic copies of these documents completely via our online application portal.

  3. Ensure your documents are either in Turkish or English. If they are in another language, you must submit a translation certified by an official institution or notary.

  4. Make sure all documents have an electronic verification code, wet signature, or seal—otherwise, they will be denied.

Required Documents
  • A certified copy of your high school graduation certificate (or equivalent).

  • Your transcript (in English or Turkish, approved by authorities) showing all your courses and grades.

  • A document proving you are at least 50% successful in your high school equivalent graduation GPA. If you don’t have a high school graduation certificate, submit the original or a verifiable copy of exam results showing you completed high school and met R.T. Ministry of Education equivalence in GCE or similar exams, or were at least 50% successful in other similar national/international exams.

  • A copy of your passport.

  • Optional: The results of any national exams (for higher education placement in your country) or international exams recognized by the Council of Higher Education (e.g., TR-International Student Exam (YÖS) results).

  • Documentation proving you passed an interview where required.

Evaluation & Acceptance
  • Your application will be evaluated by the relevant School/Vocational School and the Directorate of International Relations.

  • The University will send a “Letter of Acceptance” to all accepted students.

Before Registration
  • You must provide the documents listed in the application section, along with proof that you have paid the tuition fee for the first semester in full. If you don’t meet this condition, you cannot register.

  • If you are not legally permitted to stay in Türkiye, you must use your Letter of Acceptance to apply for a “Student Visa” in your country or at the nearest Turkish Embassy.

Required Registration Documents
  • The original or authenticated copies of all documents you submitted during the application.

  • Turkish nationals must get an Equivalence Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of National Education confirming their high school diploma is equivalent to a Turkish high school diploma. If you already graduated, you can use an apostille instead, or a document approved by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or an embassy if an apostille is unavailable.

  • Documentation proving your financial security is sufficient to cover tuition and living expenses for at least the normal duration of study.

Language Requirements
  • For English-medium programs: You must submit a valid and recognized English proficiency certificate (based on the School of Foreign Languages Directive) to be exempted from the Preparatory School. If you fail the University’s English Proficiency Exam, you will be registered in the Preparatory School.

  • For Turkish-medium programs: You must present a TÖMER document showing you scored at least C1 in Turkish proficiency.
