Students who can not come to our campus due to Covid-19 pandemics, need to complete their registration online for Fall 2020-2021. These pages will help you complete the process.
In order to complete your registration and get your Student ID card, please follow the instructions below.
Students who have already paid first semester tuition fee can complete registration.
Students who have paid only down payment which is 1.000 USD for all departments except Medical School or have paid 2.500 USD for Medical Schhol are responsible for completing the remaining amount. If you have already paid the remaining amounts, you can send and email to ic@atilim.edu.tr to inform us.
Due to some operations in transferring the amount, some of the amount can be deducted during the transfer. In this case, we can complete your registration if it is below 20 USD. If this deduction is more than 20 USD, you should pay the remaining amount before starting registration.
We accept that you can not come to our campus due to Covid-19, so we expect you to provide Student Affairs Department all the original documents when you come to campus.

In order to attend the Online APEX exam on August 24, 2021, we should receive the deposit payment which is written in your conditional acceptance letter before August 20, 2021 at 16:00 p.m.. If you have paid your deposit fee and received your original acceptance letter,

All candidates can enter APEX only once. If you have already attended APEX exam, you are not allowed to enter the new APEX. If you haven’t attended APEX exam please register just for one APEX Exam. Please register for Online APEX or Face to Face APEX.

Rules for Evaluating the English Certificate;
If you have any english certificate ( TOEFL OR IELTS )please follow the below rule;
Please sent your english certificate and passport photocopy as a pdf through e mail and state your department and programme
English certificate, Pasaport photocopy and Department and programme which you are interested in must be in one e mail

You can pay your deposit amount with the application number which is stated in the conditional acceptance letter
Only credit cards which are not issued by Turkish banks can be used at the moment. The credit card should have 3D security option.
