Additional Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications are Open for programs to take place until 31.07.2024!
An additional Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program is now open, within the scope of the Erasmus+ project relevant to Contract No. 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000053775.
The application deadline for candidate staff members is 31.07.2024. Only staff members with acceptance letters until the aforementioned date may apply.
Applications for our academic staff wishing to take part in the Teaching Mobility program at contracted universities abroad, as well as our academic and administrative personnel wishing to take part in the Learning Mobility program at universities and institutions abroad within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program until 31.07.2024 are to remain open between 30.05.2024, and 13.06.2024.
HOW TO APPLY
If you wish to apply, please click the e-Devlet (e-Government) button at https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr and log into the platform. Once you log in with your credentials, please find the relevant classified by Atılım University, to apply for the program of your selection (Academic Staff Teaching Mobility / Staff Learning Mobility).
Then, please read the announcement, accept it, and click “Continue”. Choose the sub-announcement on the relevant page, and click “Continue” after reading and accepting it. Then, please review your identification and contact information. You may then add the documentation requested as per the program of your selection (your letter of acceptance - foreign language scores etc.) and finalize your application. You are required to upload your letter of acceptance referencing the relevant mobility program within the application period via the platform https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr.
WHO MAY APPLY
The application deadline for candidate staff members is 31.07.2024. Only staff members with acceptance letters until the aforementioned date may apply. Therefore, please keep the timing in mind when applying for your visa.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON ERASMUS+ STAFF MOBILITY PROGRAM
ACADEMIC STAFF TEACHING MOBILITY
This program constitutes the field of activity allowing academic personnel already teaching at a higher education institution holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) in Turkey to teach students at another higher education institution holding an ECHE in one of the program countries (European Union countries). Participants are required to take part in the activity for at least 8 hours for the activity to be deemed valid as per the personnel teaching mobility program. Personnel members wishing to participate in the mobility program are required to submit their Invitation/ Acceptance Letters from the receiving institution, to the Directorate of Erasmus within the application period and at the application stage; also uploading the invitation/ acceptance letter to the portal as they apply.
Please Note: Applicants are required to provide us with the information regarding to which program they are intending to apply, and their personal documentation (acceptance letters - foreign language proficiency documentation and so forth) via e-mail at erasmus@atilim.edu.tr as they apply via the portal. Applicants skipping this step will have their applications annulled. In addition; staff members are required to finalize their applications via https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/ within the application period not to have their applications annulled.
STAFF LEARNING MOBILITY
This program constitutes a field of activity that enables any member employed at an ECHE-holding higher education institution in Turkey to receive training in one of the program countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for attendees to receive training in various areas (such as hands-on training, or training on observation processes) in order to improve the skills they have in relating to their current position.
Within the scope of learning mobility, it is also possible for the members employed at an ECHE-holding higher education institution to visit an ECHE-holding higher education institution or a related institution to receive training. Receiving organizations may be businesses, education centers, research centers, chambers of commerce and associations, schools, foundations, non-profit organizations, career guidance institutions, professional counseling and guidance institutions, higher education institutions and other organizations specified in the Erasmus+ Program Guide. In this regard, an eligible organization means any private or public institution/ organization and any enterprise engaged in any economic activity, including social economy, regardless of their size, legal status and the economic sector in which they operate. The learning mobility program is a full-time activity and grants are paid for the duration of full-time training sessions. For this reason, the training program must be specified on a daily basis in the Staff Mobility for Training - Mobility Agreement. Personnel members wishing to participate in the mobility program are required to submit their Invitation Letters from the receiving institution, to the Directorate of Erasmus within the application period and at the application stage; also uploading the invitation letter to the portal as they apply.

The daily grants to the members participating in the personnel mobility programs are calculated on the basis of the following amounts and as per the country of destination, and the period of travel. The amounts provided are in Euros.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluation criteria for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Program are as follows:
1) First-timers are favored.
2) Participants with higher foreign language levels are favored.
3) Administrative staff are favored in Training Mobility programs.
4) Activities towards the development of digital skills are favored in Learning Mobility programs.
5) Disabled personnel are favored.
6) Veteran personnel, as well as spouses and children of martyrs and veterans are favored.
7) Mobility to countries of citizenship of applicants shall constitute a lower priority.
PLEASE NOTE: The application deadline for candidate staff members is: 31.07.2024. Only staff members with acceptance letters until the aforementioned date may apply. Therefore, please keep the timing in mind when applying for your visa.
